Today I was backing up to unhook my hay cutter I didn't realize I was still in fourth gear and the tractor stalled after that it wouldn't start has fuel, just doesn't want to start the tractor is a m7040.

Today I was backing up to unhook my hay cutter I didn't realize I was still in fourth gear and the tractor stalled after that it wouldn't start has fuel, just doesn't want to start the tractor is a m7040.

Recheck all of the safety switches in netural pto off Now is the battery good.
Stalling and engine should not cause damage .

Checked all switches just turns over and never fires check fuel filter to see if fuel in them and full fuel gauge said quarter tank left added five gallons to see if needle would move and did.

Was going to suggest manuel shut off rod but notice it is a 2012 tractor under warrenty? if so call the dealer.
They may have someone with better knowledge of tractor than I
