need help

I bought a ford 8630, I need to know how to change the pto fron 540 rpm to 1000 rpm:confused2:

Hi Tony, I think the 8630 is like the TW's and the like,I am sure soundguy or rickb will put it straight,but I am sure you need to get hold of another shaft and draw the 540 shaft out and replace with the 1000rpm,they have two gearsets inside and one meshes in one place for 540 and 1000 the other
