Need help with John Deere 500c loader / back hoe eleteical problem

I have a JD 500 c 1977 or so I have new ignition I have new batteries clean ground and new wires to the batt. I have strong power to the starter screw driver test ya know, I have jumped the wires to gether at the nutral safety switch

I have power at the seliniod I am frusterated please help thank you!
