need help with a old implement

I was doing some cleaning at my Grandfathers old farm last weekend. While there I found a old Dearborn Model 22-44 saw S/n 21679. Where can I find the a manual for this and the value? On the data tag was Ford Tractor division Ford motor company Birmingham Mich. Mfg by New Holland Machine Co. He had a 8n ford he used to run this imp.
