Our jumper ring is heavily used so I drag it every morning with a chain harrow and once a week or so I use a landscaping drag to help with "ruts" along the outer edge.

I really want something that does a better job. I have a Land Pride box blade but I don't think that is going to work well.

I've read about the 4N1 and the TR3.

I use a Kioti DK40SE geared tractor.

I'm curious what my fellow horse people use for their sand arenas.

Thanks!

We use an arena master. It has the water tank on it and it's a large load on the l3400 kubota. The John dwere handles it easily though. They are a bit pricey though?

Don't know much about horses but I live in Fl. and know a lot about sand a land plane works great but also for economy if you can find a large enough piece of grating the ones with one inch by 1/4 serated flat bar turned side ways with a round bar connecting them together they are heavy and do a great job of smoothing dirt or sand.

I use a Red Master II. You can buy a roller attachment to replace the flat blade.

On the beaches here they have a rig with two sections of 6" or 8" iron pipe, wire cabled together and filled with concrete.
