need help really bad

hello new here and new to tractors I got a tractor and it has a parts manual and says taishan ts-245 and the tractor says nalahay 245 .....well my 3 point hitch sfarted acting slow last year and then it dropped and will not come back up ....I added fluids to it ...yeah the right stuff lol ....and still nothing .....no matter shag I turn pull or push the thing will not lift ...please help

Just a thought, but my TC-30 has a draft control valve so you can increase an decrease the speed of the 3 ph.Mine will if closed to far will stop working all together. Real simple look-see.
