When I bought my L2900 the headlights were both broken and still are. I very rarely use my tractor at night and on my last tractor they were worthless because the front end loader was in the way.
There is one time a year that I really need lights and that is halloween. Last year we had a hayride on halloween and the kids and parents had a blast. I am planning on doing it again so I need a set of lights to put on my ROPs. They will be my only headlights as I will put blanks over the broken ones.
I looked at some on some sites but I really don't know one from the other. Some say "spot" so I would think I don't want those. Also, Some are over $100 a set and some are around $50 a set. I would like to stay around $50 if I could, but I don't want junk ones.
Any suggestions?

Go to the nearest NAPA Auto Parts. The have standard utility lights in stock, that will work on your tractor.

I just wired mine direct from the battery(with an inline fuse), thru a toggle switch that I mounted under the hood(because children love switches :) ), and direct to the lights. I attached the ground for the lights at the ROPS(so I only needed to run one hot wire to the lights from the battery).
