The buss bar connector on the Mahindras with the MHI motor is a know issue. It will show voltage, but poor connection won’t supply the needed current. Many have replaced it with a ring terminal but that eliminates the fusible link in the connector. Try emery or contact cleaner on the connection. Looks can be deceiving.
Here’s the specs. for testing MHI glow plugs system.
10.5v at 9.7amps. There are 3 plugs wired to a common buss. No resistors between the relay and buss. The buss connector has fusible link. Remove buss and glow plugs should measure 0.55 ohms each
