Need help identifying this rotary cutter

I picked this rotary cutter up from a relative really cheap. I want to go through the head and put new blades on it, and maybe new input shaft. I've scoured the internet but can't seem to find a mfr /model. it's a 60 inch deck.

Looks like an old international my grandpa had.

It is HOWSE (don't have any idea of model #). I bought one way back in the 70's for $100, still had the brand stickers but no s/n to be found. My SIL is still using it, good cutter.
