Flail Mower Need help identifying flail

Hello all I'm new to the forum and I picked up a flail for 300. I think it's a Mott but there's no model number or I'd on it. It was originally yellow, uses a longer knife on it like a Mott knife. Only number I can find is on the gearbox and it is RC-120. It runs a singe grove v belt. It is 48 inches wide.
