Ray, that is correct on a Cub, the oil pump is on the back of a Cub engine and you need to fill that hole with oil, may have to do it several times until oil doesn't disappear.

I found a farmall cub owner manual, just is case it would be handy for someone

Ok got it ! Will do for sure, I don't want to harm the engine
