need help from 1715 owners please

I have a 1993 ford 1715. Only two idiot lights come on out of the three bulbs when I turn on the key. Is that correct? (I am trying to put all the bulbs back in the right place after having them all pulled out during transporting.)There are 3 sockets for 3 lightbulbs to rest behind a red reflector. No other gauges except fuel.
The left is battery. The middle is coolant temp. the right is engine oil pressure warning. All the bulbs are working and two come on when I turn the key. Unfortunately the bulbs are very likely in the wrong positions.

How many answers do you need?

Two lamps come on at key-up. Just like the manual says.

The manual is confusing in that it also says that make sure ALL lights turn on when the key is turned on. Now that I know that they don't all come on, I can use the advice given by JC.
