Well, I know that my Case Terra Track 600 isn't a tractor, its a crawler / dozer. Didn't really know where to put the thread tho.
I need some real big help with pistons and sleeves for that thing, as they are no wheres to be found. The engine is a Continental ED208 Diesel. The sleeves are scored bad and the pistons rock inside the sleeves. Does anyone know where I can either get a set of sleeves and pistons or know a place where I can get them made maybe, or has some other ideas????

Many thanks!

What did Case say when you asked them?

I know this doesn't help, but when I rebuilt the Cummins engine in my Case Dozer, I found out that only Case can supply me with the parts. No other Cummins dealer is allowed to sell parts for Cummins engines in Case equipment. Fortunately, the price from the dealer was close to Napa when I tried them.

Have you checked Powermax engine parts. Their website is powermaxparts.com. They have part numbers listed for the sleaves and psitons on an ed208.

Have you tried googling "after market suppliers"?
I have a 1959 JD450 crawler/loader and rebuilt it's engine a couple of years ago. I could get JD parts but the dealers screwed up 3 times before I managed to get the correct pistons and liners. Whilst sorting out the problems, I found an after market supplier (sorry, don't remember the name just now, will repost when I do) that could supply same items for 1/3 JD dealer price. In fact, I ended up using the after market supplier for several things and saved a lot of money too. For example, I put a new engine oil pump on the engine: JD dealer price $500 plus taxes, after market $160 + taxes.
Side by side those pumps were identical and fitted exactly the same.

After market supply hard to find and older equipment parts - that is their business. You will also save yourself a lot of money I am sure.
