Need air filter element

Hello and good day.

I have a Luzhong 254 tractor with 3 cylinder Laidong diesel engine.

Am trying to find a replacement air cleaner element.

The dimensions are 5 and 1/8 inches diameter by 7 and 1/8 inches long
including the built in gasket.

Does anyone know where to purchase this filter on line?

Does it have a part number printed/stamped on it anywhere? If it does, type the number in a search engine, and see what comes up. I get my best results through Google.
