The reason why I inquired about your spending limit is because you can always overbuy with the excess ability reserved for a few applications. But that will translate to tying money down, you can underbuy saving money up front, but spending more time, or needing to rent or upgrade in the future.

If money is freely available, then single purpose tools are best since each is optimized for its purpose.

The best but would be an L series L26000DT or L3000DT, both are 4WD and cost less than the small B series you a looking at.
Manual shift is cheaper and less to maintain. The L3000DT has a dual clutch so pto is much friendler. After much research I choose the L3000DT and have loved it. I have about 5 hrs seat time and there is nothing this unit can't handle. This the best buy and most tractor for your money period. Bring on all disbelievers............
