I have 148 Acres in very hilly terrain in western NY. I use a B7800 (B3030 comparable) with R4 tires and a loader to mow, cut trails, perform road maintenance, log, food plot and just about everything else. It's a great machine and similar to the B3030, just without the bells and whistles. I also mow my home on 3 acres that is about ten miles away on Lake Chautauqua. I trailer with a similar trailer as you, but a Chevy 1500. While the B7800 is more than outstanding and does nearly everything I want it to do, I would be remiss not to urge you towards the L3400. I love my B7800, but for the acreage, you will be more comfortable and happier with the L3400. The L3400 will also be just fine mowing your 2 acres. Remember, it's cheaper to by big than to by small and upgrade a year later. At the end of this coming spring I will likely upgrade to either an L4400 or an MX5100, I'll still use it to mow my 3 acres and then trailer it ten miles to my 148. Either way you go, that seems like an awfully inadequate vehicle for trailering that far. Remember, if you have a brush hog off the back of either of those tractors, it will not fit on your trailer with an FEL attached, unless you raise the FEL and trailer with the FEL above the vehicle (sketchy at best, but doable, I have done this, but only for short distances). I think you would be much happier with the L3400.
