need advice bad between two tractors..please help

I have a Kubota b2620 with a backhoe attachment and I want to upgrade. I have it narrowed down to two tractors, Kubota Ms5100hst with backhoe and loader and mahindra 5010 hst with cab and backhoe and loader. Both dealers are giving me 18500 for a trade in ..Kubota wants 37000 and mahindra wants 38900. I really need pros and cons and your advice will really help. Thanks guys

Don't really need the cab, but its nice to have.

Currently own my first, and likely only, tractor and it has a cab. There are pros and cons. My biggest con is head clearance, as the cab will prevent you from getting close to tree lines. The pros are plenty, heat and cold, spray drift, stinging critters and quieter, among others. There are days when I would prefer to not run the A/C, so I open the doors and stay away from obstacles. Overall, I'm glad I got the cab.

I recently saw a video on the 100HP Mahindra....was impressed with its features.The 5010 doesn't have all the same features tho.Just looked on line at the 5010,one thing I didn't like was the turnbuckles on the three point and non-extendable end links.....both can be corrected/changed I would think.The Mx5100 is a pretty popular tractor for Kubota.If snow removal is in your future....cabs sure are nice for that.Have you priced a 50HP Kubota cabbed tractor?

I haven't priced it ..but cab is not of top importance. Looking more for reliability and power...

Seeing we owned three,currently two Kubota's and never used a Mahindra...........I guess you know what my answer would be.The Kubota will be the lighter of the two but you can add weight,hard to take weight off.I am not going to knock Mahindra just don't have any experience with them,no dealers in the area.

I like made in Japan, better than made in India. But that's just me.

I've looked at both models, also JD & Massey. I like the MX5100 over the others!
