I've been trying to post the pics but not having much luck. I tried to upload them in the photo gallery but it said they were to large and I don't know how to shrink them.

Google Microsoft Power Toys On the right hand side of the MS page look for the Imageresizer.exe program. Download and install. After install go to the picture you want to resize (you can also do a block at a time), on the pop up menu after the right click you'll see resize image. I use the 1024x760 size, click on more options and you can overwrite the current picture. Then upload the pictures to TBN.

This is what the 912 series looks like.

Does anybody know where I can get a head and head bolts?

We should have some head bolts at work yet. We may even have a good used head. We sold Deutz tractors in the 70's and 80's and parts until last year. Give me a call at work mon-fri days 231-924-3420 and go over the details.
