I would so love to go,wonder if wife would go for it....Guess I could fly in and rent a vehicle,instead of driving...


I would look for a new 80plus HP cab tractor, batwing shredders,pull-type disc and grapples

I always take the wife and she seems to enjoy it. I always do a full day and say I should take two days.
Every brand of tractor out there wll be there.

Branson, CaseIH, Deere, Deutz, New Holland, Kubota, Kioti, LS, McCormick, Manhindra, Massey Ferguson, TYM, Zetor and I am sure I left some out. Alot of shortline machinery manufactures like Land Pride, Woods, Bush Hog etc. It really allows you to talk to company reps, look at up close and set in alot of tractors all in one place. The show is geared for a large audience from Hobby to full time farmers. A fun day.

Yeah I been googling airfairs and hotels,lol..Maybe if I have it in all order and present it,all will go good.I usually dont ask to go anywhere always been a home body since i use to travel the U.S with work when I was younger and got tired of being gone,but hey shes never flew or been out of TEXAS.(Im 33 and shes 24.)

We go almost every year (We live about 45 miles away) and it is a truly great show. There are acres of neat displays, good food, valuable information, and an awesome tractor pull.

If you are going to fly and you want to spend 3 days looking around, the Tulare World AG Expo in California is happening at about the same time 14th-16th. Twice as big with about twice as many vendors. Farther for you get anything home though. Right now the closest lodging is about 60 miles away, everything else is booked up.

Hey thanks!!! Im gonna look into getting a hotel close enough to the one in Louisville,if its not booked up also,and just ride hotel shuttle....BestWesternPlus 3 miles from Expo

Anyone know of any going on march/april? Going to Houston livestock show this year....

Dates: Wednesday, Feb. 15 through Saturday, Feb. 18, 2012

Show Hours: 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. daily (Eastern Standard Time)

Location: Kentucky Exposition Center, 937 Phillips Lane, Louisville, KY 40209

Admission: NFMS admission is free; parking is $8.00
CTP ticket prices are TBA
All CTP seats are reserved. Tickets are subject to availability. All prices include a facility fee.

Never miss it! I've been every year except one, since it began. Helps that I live less than 20 miles from the Fairgrounds.

Going this year to look at spray rigs, and MAYBE a new no till grain drill.

It's a 325-mile commute (one way) from my place to the Tulare show. It's nice to see the big stuff once in a while--stuff I'll never use.
