The line is simple. The dealers here are giving you access to free knowledge that could easily save you time/money over another dealer charging you for his knowledge/lack of knowledge. I've yet to see a dealer here ask for payment for an answer. I'd rather give my money to a dealer that also has something of value to offer for free.

I've ordered air, oil and fuel filters for the 50 & 100 hour service to be delivered with my Kioti tractor. I'll keep these on hand in preparation for the above maintenance services. In an emergency, I would consider using another brand but will stick with the dealer supplied filters when ever possible.
