....... I've used 28, 29 & 30° nails no problem............
I have a Milwaukee pneumatic framing nailer and it specifies 22° which is not a common size. I use 21° no problem.

I bought one of the first paslode propane framing guns. It was fun for five years, till I needed to replace the batteries. $110 each? Ouch.... went back to compressor guns.

I just bought a like new paslode framing nailer with 3 batteries at a yard sale for 100 bucks , I snatched it up in a hurry . He had already sold the matching finish nailer though,

That’s great advice-did this with DeWalt and even though nobody builds the best cordless tool in EVERY category, it still beats lugging around different batteries and brands in most cases.

Funny to see how Milwaukee, DeWalt and other brands have become like Ford & Chevy & Ram. People get all jacked up on the brand competition. :ROFLMAO:

I’ve found it amusing myself- I started out with the 9.6v Makita and probably would have stayed with them had they kept up. Moved to DeWalt when the 14.4v system came out and have stayed with them for battery/charger consistencies sake. DeWalt isn’t the most powerful ( in many cases) or the most durable but they work for me.

If I started new again, I might very well change brands. For most consumer items I find brand loyalty to be more than a bit passé.
