Hi all! I recently re sealed the injection pump on my N843 and ever since I've had a ton of issues. I finally took the injection pump completely out of the tractor and went over it top to bottom and made sure it was perfectly in time as well, my only issue left is heavy black/grey smoke. I attempted to do a spill test to check the timing but it seems no matter the position on the crank shaft fuel shoots out of the number one injection port on the pump. I don't have an old tube to cut up so I'm kind of just making a mess as well, lol. I did not remove or add any shims to the pump since the rebuild but I assumed I wouldn't have to considering all the components are the same as before. one last thing is the tractor was running like a top before I re sealed the pump so in theory I shouldn't have any other problems besides the injection pump. Any input is appreciated as I've been at this for two weekends now and would like to get things back up and running again! -Andrew

Also when i assembled the pump i set the rack at the half way point and lined up each gear with the line on the rack. Then i placed each plunger facing the #1 Cylinder.
