Anything that mower may need, I wouldnt go OEM for anyway.

You need a spindle pulley, measure it. Belt pitch, diameter, and bore. You need a bearing or seal, same thing, measure it or use the number on it. Same for belts. If the gearbox goes out, buy a whole new generic one. No need to know who made it to keep it functioning

I would concur that the deck is a JD type. It resembles a little of the JD-261. The pulleys look nearly exactly like my JD-261. The real question is, who made the decks for JD anyways? Not sure if it was woods. I have not seen any Yanmar finish mowers either.

That is a stamped deck which means it was a high volume manufacturer like Deere or Simplicity. I think it is a Deere deck mounted to the frame of another mower that the deck probably rusted out on.

I wouldn't worry too much about replacement parts. I have an Italian made Sicma 5' finishing mower (I think it is marketed in the States as the Caroni) and two of the spindle bearings went out. As far as I'm aware there are no dealers/suppliers in this country but the local tractor repair place had sourced bearings locally and the mower was back to me within a week.
