mystery problem with kubota la524

This Kubota, only 160 hours on it, has a problem with the loader. Lifting or lowering it moves extremely slow. On float, it lowers quickly. Curl works fine in both directions. When attempting to lift, engaging a bit of curl allows it to raise quickly.
Pulled the spools, all looks new and clean as I expected. Any ideas? Help appreciated.

Thanks Leejohn....Seemed ok when checked....
BUT!!!!Just found a youtube post with the exact same problem. IT'S THE 3 POINT LEVER!....Must be in the relaxed position.
all well now.

Adjust your feed back adjustment and it well stop that.
