Actually his 3rd word (first 2 syllable). "Dad" and "dog" were the first two.

It was also my first sons 3rd word!
It's funny the affinity they have to tractors.





I guess we are born with it and it never wears off.

I know a 4 year old boy whose eyes would almost gloss over while he was staring at my JD and he wouldn't move a muscle while I was there tilling his moms garden. For that boy, the whole world came to a stop when any John Deere tractor was in sight.

My grandson calls the tractor a "Gug Uck". Not sure where in the **** that came from but I know what he means. And Grandma is " Mang Gock ". But he knows Grandpa is Paps so it's all good.

That's super. Somewhere, I have a T shirt, made by my daughter, which says "Grampaw's John Deer Buddies" and lists their names.

mine grew up playing with tractors, matter of fact there's a John Deere 950 toy on the floor now. However, my youngest is almost 17, and neither of my 2 sons are interested in driving my real tractors. My oldest talks about all the money he will save by not living somewhere where he will need a tractor. Where did I go wrong? lol
