I posted this in the kubota forum, it was not meant to be a colour commentary - after a 17 yr wait, I was just sharing my news. Perhaps some comments on experiences with similar units ... how to's for the BX23S would be helpful to me. I will post a photo later, but this post seems sabotaged by everything but my original note. Strange.

Yes, I will agree about the statement, "strange". It is strange that you should have the feeling of any sabotage. I think you will need to be more specific. I have reexamining my statement and the others and only see congratulatory comments and requests for pictures. Elaborate on those that you feel are sabotage.

Hurray for you scaredychicken! And wow, what a set of implements! Tell us more about the claw and the post hole digger. I have a BX 25, and I was considering getting those, but did not think I had enough power to use them.

Kubota has partnered / bought the Land Pride line and there is a brochure for "BX Tractor Performance Matched Implements", there is also a "BX23S package guide".

The 54 inch claw grapple Land Pride SGC0554 is the one we're getting - also listed as Land Pride SGC05 series (was planned for next year, but my wife decided that we could use it right away), so it became part of the package deal. I had seriously considered the Everything Attachments Grapple as a future purchase - it is also a 54 inch claw grapple, and looked amazing with what it could do. That would probalby still be my preference, however they only distribute directly from the factory in the USA, so there were no Canadian dealerships to go through. The exchange rate and duty, and fees would probably be more (for me) than the one that we are getting. It will be nice for clearing, piling, burning brush.

NOTE: The Everything Attachments one is a WICKED Grapple Rake, 55 inches wide (slightly bigger) and designed for the smaller / compact tractors like the BX series.

The Land Pride PD-10 Post Hole Auger has a 6 inch bit - I believe that there is a 9 inch bit option also, but we'll start with the smaller bit size. There is some fencing that I want to get done.

This will be an entirely new experience for me, that's for sure.

Sounds like a great package. I have a heavier version of the same grapple on my MX. Works great

Enjoy. Andy

Please post pics of the new tractor and when you do get an M series, post pics as well.

Here are pics of what I currently have, providing I do this posting pictures thing correctly. IMG_1929.JPGPhone Pics 005 (5).jpgPhone Pics 002 (2).jpg

Those are in absolutely beautiful condition. I try to keep mine washed and clean but it's difficult
sometimes. Great looking and you would be a good owner of an M. Love the Kubota "garden" tractor in the barn. Looks like a Midwest grain farm.

The G5200 is the first Kubota that I bought, they all get to enjoy heated storage and have pretty easy lives. I believe that a B2650 would get along well with them. Not concentrating on an M series yet. Midwest, correct, grew up on the farm, but operate a diesel pick up testing and repair business. I guess I kinda like Tractors!

Take a look at the L2501. It would fit well with what you have.

I can't wait to see the OP's new BX23S. They are a real workhorse in a pretty package. Hope he posts pictures.

Well, I already have an L series and I prefer the higher end of the series which is why I have the Grand L6060, my quest it to have a B series to fill the gap between the BX and the L. I had a L2900 when I bought my L6060, then sold it, the BX in this picture was a BX2370, which by some form of magic, turned into a BX2380. I should stage a similar picture with current product that I have.IMG_1819.JPG
