Donny, What are you guys charging per acre new or existing construction for prep and seeding in your area? Here an acre usually goes for around 2k including everything except clean-up for new construction. Sodding we charge .90 cents a square ft. which includes the prep. Amazing we are so busy even under this bush driven economy.
