( Kris, can you still fold your ROPS with a toolbox that size? )

Yep. I don't fold it all the way down, just enough to get it in my garage. When I am on it, the ROPS is up. I feel funny with it down, even though this is only the 2nd tractor I have ever used that had a ROPS..

Hey Kris that is a right handsome addition to your tractor. I'm glad it worked out for you as it's always handy to have a few tools in the field, just in case. Although people like you and I that drive BLUE never need them. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Keep up the good work.

Thanks a lot!!

I am thinking about tossing a dead blow hammer, wasp spray, adjustable wrench, those kinds of things in there.. I don't anticipate keeping a lot of wrenches in the.. Just the things I usually head into the garage for to get when I swap implements.. :-D

Before I mounted my toolbox I used to throw my 20 foot chain in the FEL for storage. So one day I moved about 30 ton of dirt and guess where the chain was? /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif Well it got a decent burial anyway. The new chain is now kept in the rear toolbox for safe keeping.

Yep, me too.. I now wrap my chain around the wheel posts on my rake.. I am thinking of adding some extra hooks on the bucket for wraping chains.. The thought of heavy chain in a frozen plastic toolbox sounds like a broken toolbox waiting to happen..

Kris those chain storage hooks sound like a good winter project for the both of us. Why don't you add them to your bucket and then take a picture or two for the TBN site. I'll play copy-cat and follow suit......
