My spoiled dog

Where do all you guys get such nice-looking dogs? Ours started out OK, but we think it fell in with the wrong crowd.................chim

This is a picture of a very loved and spoiled Sobie. We lost him today to cancer. He had a great life and loved the farm. We will miss him. Every time I go through this I say, no more **** dogs, well that will last a month or two.

We have 2 others that are just as spoiled, one english bull and the other a very nurotic dobie.

Love them critters.

It saddens me every time that I hear of another pet loss.. My condolences are with you and your family... He will be sorely missed, but with time the pain will dull and you will fondly remember all the good time you spent together...

Sorry for your loss. Been there. It always hurts. But you have to think of the good life you gave to the pet. And, they know that.

We don't have one now. Talk about it but just don't do it. hate to go through the puppy stage again.

I like your thoughts about them taking care of you at the pearly gates. That's a peaceful thought.

Sorry to hear about your loss. I went thru the same thing a year ago with a 13 year old dog that died from cancer. This is not fun its like loosing a family member! /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Well we lost a dog of 12yrs and a cat of 14 it took two years to get the nerve to try again but here they are.

Well, I'll join in...here is a pic from a bit earlier last year /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif. The dog is Bailey, as in Bailey's Irish Cream which goes with my other Lab named Mousse as in Bailey's Chocolate Mousse. Notice a theme ???

Bailey is a 1 1/2 year old Lab and full of problems. He's an adopted guy, not too bright, and he seems pretty messed up structurally. We suspect he may have been abused or hit by a car, but who knows. The kids love him, even though he isn't very playful or active.

This pic was taken when my son Ben and Bailey were resting.

The dog definetly looks more comfy than my son!!

Well here's ours... Buddy came from the pound this fall, so we skipped the puppy stage. Great with the kids, and was leash trained.

I don't know how many minutes... looking at all of the pics... and wanted to know why our baby wasn't on here yet.... so... here are a few as our lab Alex..(short for Alexandria)... as she has grown....

BTW.. she's a papered yellow lab... it's kind of funny how much she looks like a golden.... I'm sure that there was something going on a few generations ago.....

ok... last one for now... this was just a few weeks ago (she's 2 1/2 now).. taken on our dock out at the lake... (Lake Fork)... the wind was blowing about 30mph... Alex can't wait for the lake level to come back up some so she can chase the fish...
