Will the outside electric box have GIF breaker?
LED ceiling lights?

Yep, outside GFI both sides, 100w LED bulbs (for now) , outlet for Door openener, but will have extra receptacle, so maybe retractable cord? I have a retractable trouble light / cord that I never use so that might be a good spot for it!
