I played keeper, or in other words, goalie.

I only allowed four goals.

We were playing 8 and 9 year old girls who had already been practicing for an hour in 90+ degree heat. It was parents against the team and the parents were one short so I got drafted. They ran circles around us. I would run to one side of the goal to block a shot and the little thing would pass to another player on the other side who would put it in the net.

Fun but embarrassing. Little girls should not be able to run constantly for thirty minutes without stopping to catch their breath.

well, if the couldn't run like that then the little boys would catch them too easily. What fun would that be?
