Rake my side rake needs a dentist

have international model 16 side rake with the rubber mounted teeth and they are all getting rotten and flying off,1 flat tire already,does anybody know where i can get some new ones,could i switch them all to steel spring teeth instead of the rubber junk also trying to figure out the layout of the double and single teeth someone has been replacing with all single teeth?????????????????????

The original teeth are the spring type. You can get the universal type at TSC. BTW that is the one I'm getting back into working condition for hating next year.
