What all do you take inside for the winter? That's got to be odd. I leave my water hoses out all year round. I was pressure washing the Lull's front quick tach mount yesterday. It had 4 inches of dirt and fluids in it and wouldn't unlatch.
Merry Christmas hugs, Brandi

uship.com??

No, FR8Star (like uship.com) advertises on Equipmentfacts.com and I picked from 7 bids. Went with 1 Transport. Equipmentfacts.com is online farm and machinery auctions.
Merry Christmas hugs, Brandi

Last year I used Uship to haul a new (used 2017) ATV from TX to NorCal, and it cost me $400 for a 650# shipment of 1000 miles or so.

Congrats on the new Christmas present, Brandi. Do you have any pix at full extension?

Sorry for the delay. Christmas Eve, I noticed the panel to my hot water heater was bowing outward. Only one thing could cause that. I live in a 26 year old mobile home. Bought new in 1994. Yes, particle board flooring. I have replaced a lot of it.

But I did a physics no no last time I replaced the hot water heater. I installed a galvanized nipple between two copper/brass flex lines. The nipple corroded and started leaking and hot water dripped on the particle board floor. I caught it in time before it dropped enough to hit the water line into the trailer. I was lucky to find two steel beams are right under it, where I installed 2x6s and secured them to the existing floor beams with joist hangers. 10 pm last night, I took a warm bath.

I will watch the lines more often and now have a dielectric nipple in place of the galvanized nipple. Anyway, I hate kneeling and working below your knees. So I took it slow and easy over 3 days. I have one inlet seep from the existing (26 years old) swivel fitting. I will tighten it later. The PVC valve (hard water deposits) failed to close, so I had to shut off water and cut that valve out. I replaced it with a more "expensive" brass valve
Which caused some debris to wander into the front toilet and block inlet water. No flush. The debris came in when I misjudged the line near the meter and dug with the excavator, years ago. Yep, I dug up my water line. Lots of little iron ore pebbles. Now I gotta replace the toilet flush mechanism, as it is clogged and won't fill the tank.

So here is the Lull with boom full up and the transfer aft.12-29-20 Lull Boom Full Up Transfer Aft.jpg

Here is the same with the transfer forward 6 feet.12-29-20 Lull Boom Full Up Transfer Forward.jpg

Full height.12-29-20 Lull All Boom Sections Extended.jpg

I haven't tried the different steering modes yet. It is still in 4 wheel steer.12-29-20 Lull 4 Wheel Steering.jpg

I have to replace that steering line that looks to be about 12-15 feet long. Maybe before the end of the year, I will have it out.

When retracting the boom from full extension, it wanted to shudder. Don't know if a good geasing will fix that or new boom wear pads. I won't be using full height for awhile.

The Lull is sitting right were I wanna build my log house.
Happy New Year hugs, Brandi
