NICE! Your gonna love the cab. I have a cab on my L3430 and having the cab really makes doing chores a pleasure. How comfortable is that seat?? The air ride must be nice. The Grand L's seat is mounted with a little bit of forward slope which I don't like very much.

I didn't get the air ride seat. I was told it was another $500 clams. However I am more than satisfied with the seat that came in it. It reclines and has yet to bottom out on the base. I am going to purchase a cutter this coming week. Then I will post some more pictures of it and the engine. Can't wait for it to dry up enough to start mowing. I also will be insatlling my AM/FM Cd player this week. Took the wife and both kids for a ride in it the other day and they love it. Boy.......you should have seen the mosquitos hitting the glass like "what the heck"!!!

I love the air seat option. It is like floating where before changing it still gives a lot of jolts. The air seat also provides forth and back dampening that helps softening the ride. Added a swivel pate as well that bolted right in and the cab has enough space to sit side ways which makes it easy to keep an eye on the mower

will try to post some pics of it later today

WOW! I have tractor envy . . . again . . . and I have a practically new L5030HST Cab outside along with a 2002 BX22. I just wish I would have needed a 7040! It is just too big for almost everthing I will do with a tractor, but it was without a doubt my favorite of all that I looked at. That cab seat in the 7040 is just awesome . . . I swear every time I am bouncing around in my 5030 cab (which has a nice seat), I think back to how much more comfortable the 7040 seat was! I have really rough, rocky ground here. That, plus the back surgery 3 years ago, makes it rougher to me than it would be to others probably. Anyway, CONGRATULATIONS!!

Well my 7' Modern Predator Galvanized cutter came in yesterday and and am going down to pick it up today. Will post some pics as soon as I get it all hooked up and cutting. How about some advice.....will my 18' car hauler trailer with tandem 3500# axles haul my tractor safely?

why did you want a 7ft cutter for your 15 acres your tractor would easily handle 10ft cutter
