My New Toy--2520

Hi all. I am new to this website. I found it when I was researching what kind of tractor I should buy. As you can see, I went with the 2520. To make a long story short, I had an 855 that I wanted to put a mower deck on. I checked with my dealer on it, and it would be around 4 grand by the time I bought the deck, R-4 tires and new rims, couple of repairs, and new paint. I just couldn't see putting that kind of cash into a 16 year old tractor. So he gave me a quote for a trade in and to my suprise it was a really good deal so I jumped on it. First impressions are just spectacular! The drive over deck is great and not having to use any tools to take off the loader is great. The hydralic cycle times sure are impressive also. Welcome to the group! looks good - dont forget to have the right amount of ballast (filled tires, ballast box, etc). Your going to need it, if you havent already thought of it

TRCKR , you are really going to enjoy it. you will be amazed at what all
you will be able to do with it. I still think it is the best midsized package
out there. Hydraulic power and speed is unmatched for its size. and i found
most of my projects it is perfect size where a smaller tractor would be to small , and a 3000 would be to big to fit between trees and such. I really use my backhoe the most.
everyone needs a Hoe.... also get some pallet forks...

I already have forks for it. My old boy made them for my 855. I need him to make new mounts for the new tractor, but he is a farmer and is in the field right now so it will be a while. I will post some pics when he gets them done.
