my new project ford 3500 loader backhoe

So got her home today. Everything went well. It was 19 deg here and two little shots of ether and she fired right up!! No glow plugs or block heater!!! Starter is not good think its brushes and Bendix. But will know more when I get it out.will have better tires here tomorrow.
So now my question is can anyone tell me what she is by the numbers in the pics?
