It should be comeing back soon from the Shop , but one thing i saw was the data plate on the fender seed 2005 , the one on the motor seed 2003 whats up with that you think this tractor has been setting from 2003 , and they just put a 2005 plate on the inside of the fender , i just got it new , /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

We have similar things happen on farm Pro. Normally the dates are a bit closer, but these do sit in crates for some time. At least it is better than having a 1998 engine in s 2004 tractor...the dating of the engine may have to do with EPA clearances as well. I wouldn't worry about it, the warranty started when you bought it.

I also question the model year at Northern Tool. You can call their 800 # Extension 6941 and talk to Cris. He can explain it better than me. Let me know how you make out. I 'm also considering a tractor from them. Tony
My tractor is in the shop right now , i had 3 Hr. on it and the clutch was not working right and my loader would not go up right , they came and got the tractor , there fixing it , and the guy that came and got it , seed there paying everything , i should get it back soon , i will let every one know how i make out , but so far it looks like there being great about it , Frank M /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I don't know if they are still doing it or not, but at one time they were playing year model games with the EPA.
