My new L3901

I bit the bullet and bought my first tractor. I was a little intimidated at the whole Tier 4 emissions, but there were no more new 3800s in my area. I love the tractor so far. I have 15 hrs on it right now and no re-gen yet. I got it with the loader, Landpride 1860, and a Landpride 60" box blade. I also got my hands on a 60" set of discs and a 72" Rhino finish mower.

Nice looking tractor.
Don't waste your money on the additives unless LA gets colder than I thought during the winter. :laughing: I run some anti-gel white bottle Power Service in my diesel equipment and truck in the colder months. I used to run the silver bottle cetane booster but didn't seen any noticeable difference.
If you keep the fuel filter clean that will be the best PM you can do.

A good biocide is prudent if you store your diesel for a while. Not so much if you get smaller fresher batches or don't have any moisture making its way into the tank.

My L3200 (5-6 less HP, otherwise more or less the same) on R4's pulls a 72" King Kutter box blade reasonably well.
