Was delivered yesterday, and had a snow storm today. So....got to play in the snow and get him a little dirty. My wife has named the machine Wile E. Kioti. So now I have to find some decals of Wile E. Coyote and get them installed

Nice! Make sure to double check the wheel and Loader Bolts and mark them when torqued.

Super Nice. I sure wish I had a cab on mine. I double Murphs thoughts on loader mount bolts. I think you will find it to be the best machine you ever bought. Just hitting 900 + hours on mine and no problems.

I'm sure if I looked I could find this myself...but...do ya'll know how tight the bolts should be? And do you put some red-loctite on it?

Congratulations, nice tractor!

I snugged mine about every ten hours for the first 50 hours, then about 15 hour intervals to 80 hours, it takes a while for things to settle in. Checked them the other day at 111 hours, All tight.
I don't yet have a service manual so I don't know the torque setting.
I used a 1/2 inch drive breaker bar and gave them a good pull.
Seems to have done the trick.

For the past several years we have replaced Kioti's OEM lock washers for the loader bolts with hardened flat washers. This seemed to help a lot with bolts coming loose over time. We also install a decal to warn customer's to check them every 10 hours so that they have the heads up. Always good to keep an eye on them though.
