My letter to Kioti, loader rerepair, long

I'm suprised that the loader frame the dealer ordered was not shipped. Did they order it with Kioti's knowledge of the problem or did they assume Kioti would back them on this?
Has a Kioti rep been out to see the problem firsthand?
It's not a good reflection on them to go this route, for sure.

I'd be interested to see if you get a reply at all...I tried phoning and emailing, but never got a "direct" reply from Kioti - ever.

I feel the same way. The time to take them to task is when they don't respond to your pleas for help.

We've had post after post where someone tells us the "dealer said such and such" but Kioti had not been contacted, and took care of the problem when they were made aware of it. Now, I know they haven't come through every time to the satisfaction of everyone, but most issues have been resolved.

You have the right to be upset, but, as I told you before, timing is everything. Give them a chance to deal with this out of the public eye before you put it all out in the street.

If you get no satisfaction, then have at it.

Sorry to see that the loader hasn't been fixed. If the loader maybe had been sent to a metal fabrication shop, they could have probably done an excellant job. Grind the cracks, weld, and then placed a reinforcement like the newer frames have.
When I received my fel, one of the cylinder pistons had rust pits. Kioti said to have it repaired rather than change out the entire cylinder. My dealer sent it to a shop that specializes in rebuilding hydraulic cylinders. It came back as good as new.
I sure hope Kioti does something better than what you have.

Did Kioti pay your dealer to repair the loader the first time under warranty? If so, maybe your dealer is responsible for the repair. I'm not trying to take up for Kioti, but if they authorized and paid for a warranty repair and the repair was not done correctly, then I would think the dealer should be held accountable. I have to agree with the other posters on here, your dealer should be handling this instead of having you contact Kioti. Just trying to look at it in another perspective. The repair is totally unacceptable. I hope everything works out.
