My jd4300 was smoking very slightly, i need advice on this

The smoke color would be helpful and the conditions under which it smokes. Many tractors smoke slightly when first started - it's pretty common and not a problem.

It is a diesel, built in the early 2000's.

Darn reliable those Yanmar engines.
