Hey guys,

Just want to share my DIY hydraulic electric mini loader using Lithium-Ion battery from a Honda Clarity EV. Took me over a month to build. Here's all the video log.

Nice! Looks like you might need to add a cutting edge. Other issues I’m sure you’ve probably thought of like protecting the components with a cover, maybe adding tracks, etc. but all that’s pales in comparison to the fantastic DIY build! Phenomenal!

Looks great, and works too. Question: how many $ have you spent to put this together ?

One suggestion, put some kind of protective frame around your standing location. I can see how you could back this up and crush your body against a solid surface.

That's awesome, well done! The style of it is super close to my '86 JLG LJ500 with an 11hp gasser on it.

Edit: only paid $300 for this thing. Repacked the hydraulic cylinders, replaced seized pins, some sealant in the tires, and a touch of welding and it's good to go.

I really like the size of it, I would love to have a micro-mini skid steer, but I couldn't possibly justify the cost. I think the smallest ones I ever saw were the Thomas 25G models, and they were like $20k, which to me is too much considering they only have around a 500 lbs lift capacity. Still, I'd use the crappy outta it if somebody gave me one.
