My neighbor has just built his home on the property next to mine. He's a commercial/custom home builder and he says he's building this house for his great-grandchildren to live in (he's 35). The scale is hard to grasp, but it's about 5000sf and sided with HardiSiding all around.

We just moved in late December so there isn't much grass or landscaping, but it's coming along.

Yep, it's really that <font color=red>red</font color=red>. But it is soft dirt, not hard like clay. Everything seems to grow really well in it.
