My drawbar carryall

I built this box for throwing a chain in when skidding logs. Could also hold a gas can and bar oil for the saw. I shimmed the drawbar to eliminate any sway. i built the box out of plywood, lined it with an 1/8" thick plastic material and framed the top with 1/8" x 1" angle and 1" flatstock for strength and keep the wood from getting chewed up. I bolted a lifting eye to the drawbar which extends thru a slot in the bottom of the box. I have a short piece of chain connected to it. This chain can connect to a chain hook welded to my I-Match to hold it down when backing up my boats with the 3 pt hitch receiver.

Looks good, great place to stow things. And you can still use the attachment point to hold down the 3pt. which would be important to me.

That's pretty much the main thing I use my draw bar for, holding down the 3pt when I use my dump trailer.
