My DK40SE dealer quote. opinion please

Just got back from the dealer this morning looking at the DK40SE HST. This is what I am looking at:

2012 DK40SE HST
"free" KL401 FEL w/ cutting edge
R4 loaded, bucket hooks, delivery, full fuel tank, grill guard
6' sundown tiller
6' kodiak rotary cutter

Dealer quote: $28,733

I believe he would throw in the cutting edge which is $200. And he would order me the Kodiak tiller I want which is $500 less than the sundown. So that is $700 there.

So as it is right now I am looking at $28,000 tax included. I would request the 50hr service be thrown in as well. Other than that I do not know if there is much more room to deal. The price quote on just the tractor and loader was 22,900 which is fairly consistent with what I have seen on here if you figure in my location.

Any comments please.

How much is the tax? It does vary by area, we are at 12%.

That's why I asked about the tax, 5% vs 12% makes a big difference to the end price.
