I have thought about building one or some thing similar,

on this one I like the adjsut able counter weight

what I have started to build a king size one, more of a propeller carver,

as I want to duplicate some wind turbine blades,
one change I am going to try it to use a radial arm saw head with a dado blade in it to hog off the bulk of the materials
at first I thought and may still add some thing like the gun stock carver to turn the blades

all I have got done on it so far is the table and some parts rounded up the saw head, the wheels for the frame and so on, but do not have it together as of yet,
