As some may remember my Post in January 'My ck25 HST stalling' , I tried the increase in rpms; it seemed ok after that but I still insisted the dealer check the pressure in the HST. The dealer's mechanic was here the day before yesterday and did a pressure test on the transmission and got 3700psi, he says he was given the specs from Kioti that should read 4200psi. He agreed that it appeared lacking some HP. He said "it seems like it might be getting some air somewhere".
I recall someone here had a similar problem with a CK20.
What I am looking for is for some feedback from anyone who may have encountered a similar problem and how it was fixed. Or possible suggestions.
Down on each side of the top of the transmission (one side reverse other forward) there is a double spring (one inside of the other). He said on the Masseys (that only has a single spring) the company recommends shims which would be the equivalent to 100psi per shim.
He is going to get back to me on wether it can be repaired or not.
Any & all input invited. This, I think would be an education for everyone, It certainly is for me. Thanks
