This is what my grille looked liked after mowing tonight. Dang Dandelions. I have just been too busy to spray this spring. I will get them before the summer crop arrives.

Mine does the same but not as much as yours though.

BTW, do you have grass too or just dandelions? I'm just kidding. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Did you notice any increase in operating temperature? My L4300 collects that kind of stuff on a removable screen just in front of the radiator. It's a continual concern when bush hogging late in the year. I usually wait until the temp gauge reaches halfway and then clean it off. Sometimes it's only 3 or 4 hours between clean outs. Some stuff builds up on the grille, but nothing like yours.

You might want to check the screen (if the B3030 has one) as well. It might be loaded with stuff that got past the grille.

The temperature guage never moved. I always blow it off after mowing, including the screen in front of the radiator. The air to cool the engine somehow manages to get through the fuzz. I also have a small area that is canary grass that I mow. I have had the temp guage go up when those leaves cover the grill.

Perhaps this is why the updated the 2350 to blow backwards..(At least that's what I thought I read. Also they moved the radiator back?
Dunno, but it's possible...

That's the way the BX's have always been. Nothing new there. The grill in front of your feet will plug up just as bad (If not worse).

Mine looked worse than that and I never noticed the temp climb. Might consider my wifes suggestion, see my B3030 Bra post /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif.
