My asking price in the ballpark?

Planning on moving from Vermont to Florida so I am thinking of selling my complete Kubota tractor and attachments. Bought it new in December 2008 and now has 398 hours on it. My signature line shows whats included.
I am thinking it should be worth $12,000 What are your opinions on my asking price?

With all those implements $12K seems kind of low, especially when tractors are in high demand as they are now.
