First time new post. 3rd. try

Wanted to have a dry place to throw ball for the dog so I build this inside last winter. I have a separate building I was was able to build it in on the weekends then loaded it on a trailer and brought it the 30 miles home. Has come in very useful and can see it from living room. I was using it every day until I broke my ankle 2/16/14.

I used tractor to dig the spot in fall and moved it in end of Feb 2013.

Very nice! Did you put it directly on the ground? is it treated wood? This is exactly what I want to build.

Yes, I made the base all out of treated wood. It's Two 10 foot 4x6's then 6 foot 2x6's and 3/4 treated plywood. It's sheathed with 1/2" OSB. The back side is all steel without the cedar. The ground is probably starting to contact the back side now but didn't think it will be much of a problem.

The dimensions are 6 by 10 feet.

Your right. I forgot to mention he's the reason for the broken ankle.

The Cedar I used for the vertical outside and the interior are Cedar Pickets for fencing. Wish I would have made them ship lap on the interior but I got in a hurry. Two bundles of shakes did the cables and had enough left over for the cables of a log rack.

Very nice looking building and I hope your ankle is healing well.

nifty shed. BTW looks like a Galvanized culvert for your firepit backdrop. Galvo bad. Fire good. Galvo and fire together not good. " I didn't inhale"

It's a Golden doodle.

Yeah I know about the galvanized being bad. I've changed the wooden decking on the ground to some concrete pavers and am working on a different reflector. I made a fireplace out of a 55 gallon drum sideways but it's still not quite right. I need a taller flue and maybe it will work better.

The best thing I have done for both me and my lab was buy a tennis racket. I can hit the ball 3 times as far.
